Shipping, Pick Ups & Returns


We ship everything from Berlin every 10 days via DHL & Deutsche Post. 

Some of our products can take a bit of extra time to prepare, specially during sales or high-demand seasons like xmas.

Please make sure your address is correct, we can't take responsability for mistakes on the address and this could cause a returned package. 

Please also leave a valid telephone number and email with your order, that's important in case you are not at home when the package arrives. The shipping company may contact you to organize a new delivery.

 

TRACKED SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from DHL / Deutsche Post with a tracking number. 

Shipments to Germany will take 2-3 business days to arrive.

International shipments will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

You need to follow the tracking number and in case you are not at your delivery address to receive the package you will need to pick it up at your local post office.

In case your package is not picked from the post office and it comes back to us, we cannot cover the shipping expenses to re-send it. 

If that happens (not usual at all), you will be able to ask for a refund without the shipping costs.

  

 

PICK UPS

If you are in Berlin, you have the option of free pick up of your order. We are based in Wedding (13357) and we can schedule a date for you to come and pick it up. 

Once your order is ready (2-6 days) we will send you email to let you know and we can organize the pick up. 

Please wear a mask when you come to pick up.

Disclaimer:

Please don't pick this option if you don't have the time and other resources for coming to the appointment. If we contact you different times and after 3 months we don't have an answer we will cancel the order and you won't be able to request a refund. 

 

Mistakes fee: 5€ on top of shipping cost.*

*This applies for changes on your order information such as changes on the address, name or delivery type (pick up / shipment). It also applies when you don't show up to a pick up appointment.

 

What happens if you don't show up to a pick up appointment?

Unless is for a good reason, and you let us know with time, we won't be able to schedule another appointment, and you will have to pay for the shipping + the mistakes fee.

 

RETURNS

You can return your order  after maximum 15 days since you received it.

If you wish to return your order or part of it, contact us and we will send you a shipping label to print and stick to the package.

The shipping costs of the return must be covered by the customer and the shipping has to be trackable. 

The returned product must be with the original packaging (label, stickers, etc.) and unused. 

Once we receive the product back, we will check it out and we will refund you the total amount of the purchase less the shipping cost. 

Shipping costs for Germany returns: 

10,00€ via DHL

Shipping costs for International returns:

20,00€ via DHL/UPS.

 

CANCELATIONS

You can cancel your order before we have shipped it and only up to 15 days after your purchase.

If we didn't ship it but it was already being prepared for it, and we created your shipping label, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost.

If you made a mistake with the shipment details or address and that is the reason we haven't been able to ship it, you can cancel the order but you won't receive a refund. 

We understand, but we are a really small team and we can't afford to cover the mistakes that give us extra work.
